I’m a hands-on User Experience Designer that specializes in creating human-centric experiences that speak to the soul of a product while making sure users can identify that soul. I solve problems by thinking and creating, from the initial idea to the execution. The skill I am most proud of is the ability to understand what’s going on in the mind of the user by observing what they do, how they do it, and how they talk about it.
